Founded in 2020 by Joanne Salmon, EA Consulting offers a team of exceptional Executive Assistants (EA) built on almost 20 years of experience within the law sector.
Joanne and her team have worked within some of London’s best known law firms as professional PA’s and EA’s supporting partners and their teams. EA Consulting’s core values encompass reliability, diligence, proactivity and fun! Our skills include diary organisation, billing, managing legal documents and personal admin as well as arranging business trips and processing expenses.
We build great professional working relationships with our clients who know they can trust us with their highly confidential details and information and also know that we can be relied upon to use our initiative to get the job done and at the highest of standards. We take the time to understand our client’s varying needs and working style so that we can provide a bespoke service to each individual client. EA Consultancy’s growing client base includes Lawyers, QCs, Litigation Funders, Dispute Resolution Companies, Business Coaches and HR Directors.

Joanne Salmon
Owner and Founder Joanne Salmon has worked as a PA/EA for almost 20 years. Joanne started her career at a small property company working her way up from receptionist to PA to a Director.
Joanne moved into Law working for a magic circle law firm supporting partners and their teams helping them manage their diaries, billing, legal documents and personal admin as well as booking business trips and processing expenses. Joanne has also spent time at silver circle and American law firms again support partners and their teams.
Joanne started working as a Virtual EA in October 2017 and now works for an array of clients including a QC, a litigation funder, a dispute resolution company, a corporate business coach and a HR Director. She founded EA Consulting in 2020 after the rapid growth of her sole trader business meant she didn’t have enough time to keep up with the demand from new clients.
One of Joanne’s main strengths is her excellent organisation skills, she loves nothing more than working out time zones for multi-country conference calls and planning business and personal travel for her clients.
Katy Reid
Katy has over 20 years’ experience working in sectors such as Insurance, Banking and Law. She started off as a receptionist and built her career up to become a Legal Secretary in a magic circle law firm.
She stayed at the same firm for some 13 years and worked for a team of Partners, Fee Earners and Trainees. The work consisted of diary management, time recording, document production, expenses and booking travel, to name a few. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there but made the hard decision to leave and work locally in her hometown in Essex, supporting a small solicitor’s firm.
One of the highlights of her Katy’s career was working in the iconic building at Lloyds of London and she was lucky enough to hear the Lutine Bell.
Jo Rawlings
Jo has an extensive background working as a corporate PA for many years. In recent years Jo started working as a Virtual PA for a successful start up business which has grown from strength to strength with Jo’s help.
With Jo’s proactive and articulate approach to her work, along with her experience, we are delighted that Jo has decided to join the team here at Executive Assistant Consulting.
Nadiyah Chaudhry
Nadiyah has a wealth of PA experience, working in the corporate world for many years before transitioning to work for small businesses. Nadiyah also has experience of running her own business and so has a good understanding of the type of support business owners and entrepreneurs need to keep their days running smooth.
Nadiyah is a very focussed and proactive EA with a lovely friendly, clam nature and so is a real asset to our team.
